How do AI credits work?
Agent AI work uses your workspace credit balance. Plan credits refresh each allowance month, including on yearly plans, and unused monthly allowance credits expire.
What happens if credits run out?
New AI work pauses when there are no credits available. There are no automatic overage charges. Review your plan and available top-ups in the app.
Where can I see exact prices and limits?
The pricing screen in Globster shows the current offers, billing cadence, included agents, and credit allowances. Open the app to compare the options available to your workspace.
